UW-L and UW-Stout Battle to Double Overtime Tie

Menomonie, Wis. – The UW-La Crosse soccer squad finished in a 0-0 double overtime tie at UW-Stout Saturday afternoon in Menomonie. The Eagles are now 5-4-2 overall and 2-2-1 in the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) while the Blue Devils are 4-5-3 overall and 2-1-2 in the league.
UW-L outshot UW-Stout, 29-13, including 17-7 in the second half.
The Eagles' Amanda Clark recorded seven saves while the Blue Devils' Taylor Randle totaled eight.
Erin Wilson, Michaela Kocon and Ramsey Weyenberg had four shots for UW-L.
UW-L returns to action Tuesday, October 7 hosting Northwestern College (Minn.) at 4 p.m. at Fields for Kids.
