Faculty activities in terms of teaching, scholarship, service and professional development entered from date of hire at UWL should be entered into the electronic portfolio system (Digital Measures). This should include evidence of teaching development (syllabi + additional evidence such as student learning outcome assessments; classroom observations, summarized student comments, sample student work, etc.) evidence of scholarship and/or creative pursuits (e.g. grants, publications, presentations, exhibitions, performances, etc.), and a record of service (department, college, university, professional with evidence if applicable).
