    EXHIBITION DATES: February 13 – March 7, 2015

    Reception and Awards, February 13, 4:00 – 6:00 pm


    ENTRIES DUE IN GALLERY: February 2, 12:00 - 8:00 pm


    1. All entries must be submitted to University Gallery, Room CFA 100 between 12:00-8:00 pm, Monday, February 2.
    2. All entries must use appropriate entry forms, with appropriate identification tags attached to each entry. Printed copies of entry forms are available outside the main office of the Department of Art (105 Center for the Arts), Department of Art Studios, and the University Gallery (100 Center for the Arts).
    3. Each student may submit a total of three (3) entries. Collaborative entries will be accepted.  Total entries may not exceed 3.
    4. Entries may not have been shown in a previous UW-L All Students Juried Art Exhibition.

      Works may not be more than two years old.
    5. All entries must be submitted to the gallery in a professional manner.

      2-D Work (prints, drawings, photographs, etc.), if unframed, should have image surface protected with acetate or slipsheet or be matted.  Alternative format work should clearly indicate installation requirements.
    6. Framing work prior to judging is encouraged but not required.  Accepted works, which are being framed, may be removed from the gallery February 5 after 4:00 pm. Framed work must be returned to the gallery on Monday February 9, between 12:00-5:00pm.

      Work not returned February 9 will not be included in the exhibition.

    7. Please consult a member of the Department of Art Faculty if you have questions.



    Accepted works will be announced at 3:30 pm Thursday, February 5 via listings on the gallery door.

    • The judges will make a brief statement addressing submitted work after 3:30 p.m. in University Art Gallery.
    • Works not selected for the exhibition must be picked up February 5, 4-5:00 p.m. or February 6,12 – 5 p.m.
    • University Gallery will not be responsible for unselected works after February 6.
