Baseball Tryout Information Released

For Immediate Release: Friday, July 11, 2008

La Crosse, Wis. – The UW-La Crosse baseball team tryouts for the 2008-2009 school year will begin Sunday, September 7.

There will be a mandatory tryout & eligibility meeting, September 4 in Cowley Hall, Room 140, at 4 p.m. Times and future dates for tryouts and practice will be given at the September 4 meeting.

Please Note:

• In order to tryout you MUST have completed medical physical forms, and insurance documents.
• All forms should be returned no later than the September 4 meeting. Each form must be completed and submitted to the athletic office or athletic training room prior to your participation in any tryout, practice or competition.

At the tryouts, all participants must wear a cap, baseball pants or sweat pants, and players will be responsible for bringing their own gear and equipment.
