Ha Ha Tonka

Friday, February 8th
7PM
Valhalla, Cartwright

Campus Activities Board is giving away a free IPod along with other great prizes during the Ha Ha Tonka concert. This “foot stoppin’ indie rock” band is sure to heat things up in Valhalla, Cartwright Center Friday, February 8 at 7pm.

Roaring out of the Ozarks with a bottle in one hand and a bible in the other, Ha Ha Tonka mix four-part harmonies and sizzling rock, carving out songs that define their home. The Springfield, Missouri natives dubbed their new album Buckle in the Bible Belt in homage to their hometown. Their dark view of the realities of socio-economic hardship, backwoods prejudices and drug abuse is lightened by wry humor and mixed with a deep appreciation for regional storytelling traditions.

Tickets are on sale now for Ha Ha Tonka. Just $2.00 for students. Tickets can be purchased at the Informational Counter located in Cartwright Center.
