Barbara was recently promoted to the position of Associate Dean for Campus Climate and Diversity. Previous to this position she was Director of the office of Multicultural Student Services and had been in that position since 1999. Barbara achieved her Masters and Bachelors degrees at Iowa State University. She has worked in the areas of housing, multicultural affairs and diversity. Barbara enjoys working with students and in addition, exploring new ways to promote issues around diversity.
