Give Parents Access to View and Pay Your Bills

Students may create an Authorized Payer to allow parents, guardians and other authorized payers to access their university bills.

An Authorized Payer must be created by the student before it can be used. Follow these steps to create a Authorized Payer:

1.    Log into your WINGS Student Center.
2.    Click the “Grant Access to View/Pay Bill” button in the Finances Section.
3.    Click on Browser to Temporarily Allow Pop-Ups
4.    Locate the box labeled Authorized Payer on the page.
5.    Click the Add New link in that box.
6.    Enter the Login Name you wish to assign to the parent or authorized payer.
7.    Enter that person’s email address and welcome note.
8.    Click Yes to “Can this Person Login”
9.    Click OK.
10. Provide the parent or authorized payer with the Login that you have created and inform them that they will be receiving an e-mail from that will contain their password.  

The authorized payer is sent an e-mail to the e-mail address you entered.  The e-mail is from and contains the login and password.  If the Authorized Payer did not receive this e-mail, please have them check their junk e-mail folder for it. 

The Authorized Payer will need to reset their password the first time they log in.  The password must contain at least 2 non-letters and be at least 8 characters long.  If you forget the Authorized Payer Login or Password, your student can reset them for you.
