Work Progress Reports are required for all students doing an internship for credit through the Cooperative Education and Internship Program. Work Progress Reports are submitted on-line in Eagle Opportunities and distributed via email to your internship faculty advisor and to the Career Services staff. To submit a report, follow these steps:

RIGHT CLICK on this link, Work Progress Report, select "Save Target As..." to save this Word document to your drive or computer. (Remember where your saved the document.)
Open the saved document in Microsoft Word and follow the instructions in the document to complete the Work Progress Report.
Upload your completed Work Progress Report in Eagle Opportunities by following the directions in the report.
