See the best of Ireland during this 10 day walking tour
through the Dingle Peninsula on the gorgeous west coast of
Ireland. Experience Irish culture and history first hand as the
group explores sixth century ruins, spiritual sites and quaint
villages. The trip begins in Shannon and includes daily hikes
from two to six hours, enjoying the natural beauty of the coast.
Moving east across the island, the group takes in the many
wonders around the Wicklow area before ending with a day trip
and city tour of Dublin.

from two to six hours, enjoying the natural beauty of the coast.
Sites include the Skellig Rocks, Killarney National Park and a
Folk Theatre show. Experience Ireland through the eyes of your

Culture, History
and Archaeology
August 6-14, 2012 (Monday to Tuesday)
Explore the history and culture of Ireland during this
8 day walking tour. The trip begins hiking through the lush and
beautiful trails along the shores of Galway Bay near Doolin.
Discover the archeological wonders of the Aran Islands and the
fascinating stories of Irish famine, hardship and triumphs from
an Irish archaeologist and historian perspective. Trek along the
shores of Killary Fjord, ending with a day in the quiet and
quaint town of Westport.
Bonus: Spend
three days with one of Ireland's top field archaeologist and
historian, Michael Gibbons.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund less $250 processing fee before full payment is due. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after full payment is due. It is the registrant’s responsibility to purchase travel insurance if desired.
