Cultural Diversity Communication Training
(EFN 475/575—section 730: Online Course offered in “J” term)

Communication is an essential human activity that bridges cultural differences and nurtures empathetic understandings among people of cultural differences.

In this course, students will learn both theories and practices of intercultural training. Learn the theory and practice of communication training for culturally diverse audiences in educational, human service and business settings. Participants will progress through training developmental stages: preparation/research, planning, implementation and assessment.
