Janis Hanson

Janis Hanson, Senior Lecturer, has been at the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse since 1985.  

She received an M.A. in linguistics/TESOL and a B.A. in Spanish, speech/drama, and secondary education from the University of Iowa. 

Janis teaches advanced-level ESL courses in speaking/listening and U.S. culture.

She is also program coordinator for the UW-L undergraduate minor in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages.
