Meeting Minutes - 3/8/09

Communication Session

- Last night we had our session at 5pm. 20 participants came and it was quite a success!

- If you are interested in getting materials from the session on communication and marketing, please email Gina.

Safe Spring Break Party Update – THIS TUESDAY!

- If you are still interested in helping out and haven’t signed up, please do so! We could use some more help!

- The event goes from 5pm – 11:30 and is in Port O’ Call.

- You will be manning a station for an hour, please arrive a little early to your shift.

- The stations that we need help on are: Entrance booth from 8-11pm, Mocktail Booth from 9-11 and Games Booth from 10-11.

- We also need help handing out flyers at clock tower from 12-2 on Tuesday afternoon, and scanning cards at Whitney from 4:30-5:30pm and 6:30-7:30pm.

- Please please please email Stephanie Navarre if interested. She will send you a detailed email with your responsibilities.

Service Events

- Neighbor Day is Saturday, April 18^th from 8am-12pm.

- We have signed up to help with NCUR and are waiting to see what tasks we are assigned. - Lastly, we are holding the Blood Drive on Friday, April 10^th.
