The meeting was brought to order at 2:21 p.m.

Meeting minutes from 2/12/03 approved.

MSP to remove the grant proposal with a score of 68 from further consideration.

MSP to remove the grant proposal with a score of 105 from further consideration.

MSP to fund the Lee & Buffton proposal for $9,500.00

MSP to fund the Cooper et.al proposal for $17,000.00 and the McCannon proposal for $4021.00
