1. Meeting called to order at 3:55 p.m.

2. M/S/P To approve  the minutes  of 2/2/2006

3. M/S/P Recommend approval of the BS/MSE Dual Degree program

4. Discussion about the types of proposals that should come before the committee. The committee decided not to take any action on this issue but charged the Chair to raise this issue in the end-of-year report to the Faculty Senate

5. Meeting adjourned.
