Reponding via email, the CGAFF committee approved the following amendment to the revised draft of the Student Academic Non-grade Appeals:

Under Informal Procedures, add

·  meeting with a departmental complaints committee,

as part of the list of ways to try to resolve the complaint prior to starting the formal complaints procedure.

Committee voted 9-0-0 in favor of the amendment.
