1.             M/S/P to approve minutes of February 28, 2006.


2.             Second Reading:

 Radiation Therapy program, change required courses eliminating ECO 471 and adding R-T 320, change clinical internship requirements to 44 credits (was 43).


M/S/P to approve proposal.


3.             Consent agenda:

Information Systems Minor, change in retention requirements for the minor from ‘student must have BC or higher in C-S 120’ to ‘must have C or higher in C-S 120.’


M/S/P to approve consent agenda item.


H-P 105, Analysis of Health, Wellness and Disease for the Healthcare Consumer, changes course prefix from SAH 105.


ESS 105, Creating a Healthy, Active Lifestyle, changes course prefix from HPR 105


The committee requested that documentation be presented from the chair of the college committee showing their agreement with the prefix changes as well as  confirmation that the departments that have faculty teaching the courses support the change. The documentation will be electronically forwarded to committee members with a ballot to vote on the changes prior to fall registration beginning on April 10th.


Old business:        Emily Johnson provided a draft document to the committee titled “Process for Appeals for General Education Course Substitutions or Waivers.” She asked members to email comments to her and it will be reviewed at the next meeting.


Dean approved General Education substitutions:

SAH:      GER 3000, Foreign Language Study Abroad Seminar, from UW-Platteville, for the International/

Multicultural Studies category.
