1. M/S/P Minutes from 2/9/07 meeting.
2. Summer school start date requests from ESS discussed and acted upon as follows:
ESS116-101 approved with change to 2 credits, and change start date of 5/14/07 to read ‘one week prior to Summer Session I.” M/S/P unanimously.
ESS231-201 approved with change of start date from 5/19/07 to read “the first Tuesday of Summer Session II>” M/S/P with one abstention.
ESS 327-101 approved with change of start date from 5/14/07 to read “one week prior to Summer Session I.” M/S/P unanimously.
ESS 436-2-1 approved with change of start date from 5/19/07 to read “first Tuesday of Summer Session II>” M/S/P unanimously.
ESS 303-101 approved with adding “extend class days as needed to fulfill hours required.” M/S/P unanimously.
ESS 745-201 approved with change to Summer Session III. M/S/P unanimously.
ESS 771-101 approved with addition “course is scheduled on (list specific weeks.). M/S/P unanimously.
ESS 759-101 approved with addition “scheduled to fit in the three weeks between 771-101’s two weeks of sessions.” M/S/P unanimously.
3. Process for awarding a posthumous degree was discussed, revised and approved for forwarding to Senate. M/S/P unanimously.
4. Next meeting is scheduled for Friday, April 13, 2007 at 3:20PM.
