Scholarship & Awards Committee Meeting – March 7, 2007, 4:30 pm
Present: Mary Anderson Leonard, Jeff Boyle, Abdulaziz Elfessi, Jess Hollenback, Janet Kirsch, Kathy Majewski, Greg Balfany, Ryan Klein (student member), Konrad Liebseit (student member), Barb Katrana (UWL Foundation Scholarship Coordinator).
Absent: John Colton, Bryan Kopp, Kelly Walt (student member).
1) Meeting called to order at 4:35 pm by Kathy Majewski in John Colton’s
absence.
2) Minutes from 2/28/07 meeting were discussed & approved (all in favor).
3) Preliminary rankings for the various scholarships & awards had been made by John Colton, based on feedback from Leonard, Boyle, Elfessi, Hollenback, Kirsch, Majewski, Klein, & Liebseit. The rankings for each individual scholarship or award were reviewed & discussed. Revised rankings were approved by the group & recorded by Barb Katrana.
4) After thanking the members for their participation, the meeting was adjourned at 5:35 pm.
