Attending:  Bradley Butterfield, Victoria Calmes, Wahhab Khandker, Sandy Krajewski, Paul Miller, Joyce Shanks, Dean Stroud, Bernadette Taylor

 

Excused: Mike Haupert

 

1. The 10-23-09 minutes were approved as read.

 

2. Committee members discussed the draft cover sheet to introduce grievances/complaints.  Chair Miller will update the cover letter and send it out to committee members for a vote. 

 

3. Committee members discussed the draft of the Supplemental CGAAF Committee Rules and Guidelines for Grievances.  Committee members discussed cut-off dates.  Chair Miller will send out the Supplemental CGAAF Committee Rules and Guidelines for Grievances update for a vote.
