Charge to GEAC, including responses to GEAC questions/recommendations

- add suggestion to work with new Assessment Co-ordinator in

developing process beyond tenure of GEAC

- recommend dept.s "refine" tools, rather than change,if affected by

revised SLOs

- unresolved conflicts in approving tools can be sent to GEC

- GEC "will solicit feedback in some form" for assessment

- text send to GEAC for its review before GEC approval;

GEC is "generally agreed" to present form of document

Grant funding for assessment development "may not be here," in fact,

according to vice chancellor
