Instructional Academic Staff Career Progression Orientation
An orientation session for IAS who are thinking about career progression has been scheduled for Monday, September 20 from 9:55 to 10:50am in Wing 102. A second session is schedule for Thursday, September 23 from 2:15 to 3:10pm in Wing 102.
While this session is directed toward IAS who are planning to apply for career progression this fall or next, all IAS are welcome to attend.

Do you have questions about IAS workload, career progression, mentoring, etc?
Kerrie Hoar (Biology Department) serves as the UWL IAS Liaison.
The responsibilities of the IAS Liaison are:

working with administrative offices, the IAS committee and individual IAS to ensure good communication;
-
establishing, organizing and leading a new IAS orientation session each semester;

organizing a career progression informational meeting each fall to aid IAS in portfolio preparation and to provide an introduction to the career progression process;

organizing the IAS mentoring program;
-
maintaining the IAS webpage.
