Information Release 2012-13

If you were not claimed on your parent(s) tax form*, but would like the Financial Aid Office to talk to your parent (or other designated individual) about the status of your financial aid application, processing procedures, eligibility and award amounts, extenuating circumstances, appeal procedures and the implications of additional resources, you must complete a 2012-13 Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) Release Form and return it to the Financial Aid Office.

* Please be aware, there are circumstances where you may be asked to sign and return this form, even if your parent(s) claimed you on their taxes.
