    Eagle Guide Position Information

    Eagle Guides are current UWL students (rising sophomores -seniors) who serve as peer leaders for all new students at UWL during  START and/or New Student Orientation (NSO). 

    START (Student Advising, Registration & Transition) is replacing the name of Freshman Registration (June program)

    Serving as an Eagle Guide offers you a fabulous student leadership opportunity!

    ** Please note that students who serve as START Eagle Guides will have the option to serve as NSO Eagle Guides, but are not required to serve in that capacity.

    Selection Timeline for START Eagle Guide Positions


    • November 1, 2015 - online application live
    • February personal interviews
    • February 23, 2016 - First round of offers extended


    Selection Timeline for NSO Eagle Guide Positions
    • February 1, 2016 - online application live
    • March 4, 2016 (4pm) - applications due
    • March 7-11 & 21-25, 2016 - Individual interviews
    • March 25 & 26, 2016 - Group interviews
    • March 30, 2016 - First round of offers extended
