Application Procedure
Job Duties
This position is responsible for general cleaning
and sanitation as well as floor and equipment maintenance on the UWL campus.
This person assists the Custodial Supervisor of all cleaning related items in
the building as well as communicates with members of other departments to
organize moving projects, schedule periodic cleaning, plan set-ups and staffing
needs. The person in this position will also assist the supervisor in training
new employees including follow-up to assure proper cleaning chemicals and
techniques are being used.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Requires the
ability to frequently lift 50 pounds for frequent furniture/equipment moving,
carrying supplies up and down stairs, as well as the maintenance of sidewalks,
etc. during inclement weather.

*NOTE: This position will temporarily provide custodial lead services in various
areas as determined by the supervisor.
Position days/hours are subject to change and staff will be assigned as
new buildings arrive.
