Job Duties
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
general cleaning and sanitation: cleaning and disinfecting commodes, urinals,
wash basins, drinking fountains; wash walls, doors, partitions, clean vents,
floor drains, blinds; dust furniture, handrails, and flat surfaces, empty and
clean trash receptacles, remove trash from the building; change and clean light
fixtures; provide floor maintenance and set-ups/moving projects.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
All of the positions require the
ability to frequently lift 50 pounds for frequent furniture/equipment moving,
carrying supplies up and down stairs, as well as the maintenance of sidewalks,
etc. during inclement weather.

or conviction will not necessarily disqualify an applicant. In compliance

Pay will be based on the rules that apply to
compensation upon transfer, reinstatement or voluntary demotion; beginning pay
will not be less than the minimum ($11.284). Pay Schedule/Range is 03-08. A six
month probationary period may be required.
