This is a 60% position in the Student Health Center. The employee will work full time hours during the academic year (fall and spring semesters) and limited hours during January-term and the summer months.

Job Duties
The Physical Therapy Assistant, under the general supervision of a Physical Therapist, and the Physical Therapy Director, assists Physical Therapists in the Student Health Center in the practice of Physical Therapy in accordance with the Wisconsin Medical Practices Act sections 448.50-448.59. This includes the administration of physical therapy interventions, treatment documentation, assisting with departmental operations, and other duties as assigned by the Physical Therapy Director.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Qualified candidates will have the required education and licensure as stated above. This individual must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, computer, and patient-care skills.
