We are pleased that you are considering volunteering with our Pre-College programs. Currently, you can choose from 7 different options through our office. Each of these options will provide you the opportunity to work directly with a multicultural student after school or in the early evening.Expectations of Volunteers:
If you would like to request work study in Pre-College Tutoring, please complete the appropriate questionnaire for the year you are interested in serving as a work study student and submit to Financial Aid as soon as possible. Students need to read the information on the site before filling out the questionnaire. Only students who are awarded FWS can complete the questionnaire.
Expectations of Work Study Students:
Open to all students entering grades 1–8, this program meets for five weeks, two days a week in the afternoons.

The Mississippi River Summer Adventure – introductory Camp is a residential, week long program for students entering grades 7 through 10. Participants learn elements of math and science developing skills in various areas including team building and outdoor adventures.
The Mississippi River Summer Adventure – Advanced Camp is a week long program for students entering grades 9 through 11. Participants travel to northern Wisconsin to camp, hike and canoe while exploring leadership training and cultural sharing workshops.
