Guide to Reserves

Murphy Library has several different collections of items that are on reserve:

  • Course Reserves. These are usually printed materials or films and are housed at the Circulation Desk.

  • E-Reserves. These are materials such as articles, instructor presentations, and course notes that are available via the Internet.

  • Distance Education E-Reserves. These are materials such as articles, instructor presentations, and course notes that are available via the Internet to students who are enrolled in DE classes.

  • DRS Textbooks. Disability Resources Services has worked with Murphy Library to digitize textbooks of current classes. They are available online to students with a valid DRS username and password.
     
  • Faculty Development Library. These are materials of interest to faculty and staff interested in learning more about teaching and academics.

  • Library Reserves. These materials include campus publications, videos of CAB speakers, and guides for MCAT, GMAT, GED, and other tests.
