Note:
Please remember to use the Student Health Center first to avoid a $50 fee. If the Health Center is closed, go to an area urgent care clinic or emergency room if needed. Every time you visit a clinic off campus you will need to submit a claim to the insurance company. OIE has claim forms and will assist you in completing them.
