The La Crosse Friends of International Students, Inc. serves international students at UW-La Crosse, Viterbo, and WWTC.  Hosting an international student through LFIS does not involve having the student live with you or your family.  The student lives on or near campus.  As a host your role is decided by your interests and initiative and the student’s interests and initiative.  You may also request specific attributes of your student such as gender or country of origin that will be honored if possible.
