Graduate Thesis Award to be Named after Kuffels

Thomas S. Kuffel, professor of management at UW-L, and wife Mary Kuffel, MD, an alumnae of UW-L, have pledged $1,000 each year for the next five years to be given to one of the graduate thesis award recipients starting in 2007. The Graduate Council in consultation with UW-L Foundation will select the thesis award recipient each year in the spring. The generosity of Kuffel family is greatly appreciated for initiating the first graduate student award carrying a cash award.
