Women's Club Volleyball

General Information
UW-La Crosse Women's Club Volleyball is in its 5th year as a club as of fall 2009. We are not an intramural team but we have an affiliation with an official collegiate volleyball conference. We play to win, and commitment and teamwork are important to our success as a team and as a club.

Season: Our "actual" season is in the Spring of each school year, but we have pre-season tournaments and practice in the fall up until January break. The spring season generally consists of at least 4-5 tournaments plus the State Tournament which is @ UW-Whitewater this year and the National Championships tournament which is @ Louisville, KY this year. *See tournament schedule below for dates.

Tryouts: Generally happen in mid-October before the Fall season begins.

Practice: There are approximately 3-4 practices throughout the week at the UW-L Recreational Eagle Center or Mitchell Hall. This is determined on the availability of space & differs from year to year.

Cost: Dues are generally around $125 per person. This includes travel expenses, jersey's, tournament fees, conference fees, national fees, etc. This also changes from year to year depending on that seasons expenses.
