Below is a comprehensive list of our aerobics and cycling classes. Registration is now open.

We are also going to be holding FREE classes the entire first week of classes!
These FREE classes will follow our normal schedule, space will be limited and
classes will be filled on a first come first serve basis.  This is a great way to try out a new class.

(show card and ID at door; limited to first 22 cyclists


REGISTRATION
Each class meets 2X week for 13 weeks and includes the opportunity to attend a bonus Friday class.

FEES

$25 per semester, Aerobics & Cycling Classes
Includes two classes a week and an optional Friday class.

$2 Individual / Drop In; based on availability. These "drop in" fees can be paid for at the info counter prior to class.
