About Us
Peer Health Educators,
previously known as Reach and Share, is a group that was started in
the late 1980's at UW-La Crosse. The Peer Health Educators (PHE)
host events around campus that focus on a variety of social issues.
Over the years, this group has become a well-known and respected
organization on campus.
The PHE office is located in the basement of Wilder Hall, rooms 3 &
5. Matt Vogel currently oversees all of the PHE programming and

Our Goals
The primary goal of the PHE is to create a healthy and productive campus and community environment. They also aim to provide students with information that will allow them to make safe, educated decisions. The PHE believe knowing the facts enables students to take responsibility and make healthy choices.
