    UWL Eagle Fit 360

    Similar to the popular high intensity training classes, our Eagle Fit 360 class combines functional, strength and endurance training components to give you a total body workout. You’ll work out in small groups (8 people) and be lead by our trained coaches to ensure you get a quality safe workout!


    Monday & Wednesday  
    6:30 AM (30 min Strength)
    7:00 AM (30 min Conditioning) 
    11:00 AM (1 hr, 6 weeks) 
    4:00 PM (30 min Conditioning)
    4:30 PM (30 min Conditioning)
    Tuesday & Thursday
    6:30 AM (30 min Strength)
    7:00 AM (30 min Conditioning)
    11:00 AM (1 hr, 6 weeks)
    4:00 PM (30 min Conditioning)

    REGISTRATION


    Duration

    Full semester class meets twice a week for 13 weeks. 

    Half semester class meets twice a week for 6 weeks.   


     In addition Eagle Fit 360 participants can attend an optional Friday fitness class at the REC.
