Day of Ceremony
Line-up
time will be 30 minutes before ceremony start time. Line-up will
be in Mitchell Hall Fieldhouse. There is no rehearsal. You will
be lined up in alphabetical order. Please report to the line-up
area 30 minutes before your ceremony time.
You will be given a card with your name on it within your
college. To avoid mispronunciation of your name (if that is
sometimes a problem), see the person who will be reading names.
He will be in the line-up area.
Chappell Graduation Images will provide a professional photographer to record the moment you are awarded your diploma. You will receive a passport-sized, full color proof in the mail approximately one week after the ceremony. There is no obligation to purchase. You will have the option of ordering from several different enlargement packages at very reasonable prices. You will be provided with additional information about Chappell’s graduation photography options when you pick up your cap and gown at the Bookstore.
