Want some good advice? Meet with your adviser!

Advising is an important part of the registration process. Each degree-seeking student is assigned a faculty adviser. If you are not sure who your adviser is, check it out on TALON under Academic Profile. The following information has been compiled to help you plan when to meet with your adviser prior to registering. Information sent directly to you via email, newsletters, etc. supersedes this  listing. Non-degree students who need advising can work with the deans’ office of their college or contact the Academic Advising Center in Wilder Hall.

The Academic Advising Center is offering two sessions of a pre-registration workshop on Tuesday, November 1 in Room 332 of Cartwright Center.  Students can attend either the 4-5 p.m. session or the 7-8 pm session on that day.  Contact the Academic Advising Center for more information. Please note that some departments require students to see an advisor.  Attending this workshop does not fulfill the advising requirement for these departments. (click here for list)
