2024-25 Residence Hall Rates
We will publish the 2024-25 room rates after they are approved by the Board of Regents in the summer.
Estimated 2024-25 housing rates:
Traditional hall: $4,556 (double room)
Eagle Hall: $5,456 (triple room)
Reuter Hall: $6,963 (one bedroom in 4-person apartment)

*In the event that campus housing occupancy is low, Eagle Hall rooms will be converted to double rooms. Students who live in an Eagle room with one other student will have their normal room rate increased by $200 per semester.

What is a cube?
| Cube buildings are comprised of two or three, four-story, cube-shaped buildings, interconnected by hallways between the cubes. Resident rooms comprise the outside walls of the structure and surround a common stairwell and shared bathroom space. |  |
What is a wing?
| Wing residence halls have long running hallways with student rooms on either side. |  |
What does traditional mean?
Traditional means students live in standard double rooms in a living community sharing a common, large-bathroom facility.
What is a traditional double?
Traditional Triples are three-person, corner rooms in our cube halls: Angell, Coate, Drake and Hutchison Halls.
What is an Eagle triple?
| An Eagle triple is a 3-person room sharing a bathroom with the adjoining 3-person room. |  |
What is an Eagle double-single?
An Eagle double-single is a 2-person room that shares a bathroom with the adjoining 1-person student staff room (RA). Any student can be assigned to this room type, however a student may be asked to move if another student requires the room for a medical accommodation. There is only one Eagle double-single per community.
What is a Reuter apartment?
| Reuter Apartment is a 1-person bedroom in an apartment with 3 other single bedrooms. The apartment features a common living room, kitchen, and bathroom for the 4 roommates. The image to the right is an example of one of 11 floor plans available in Reuter Hall. |  |
Three-person double rooms

Quads are a limited number of extended housing spaces accommodating four students available only in Wentz Hall. Quads are large rooms similar to the size of two regular double occupancy rooms or larger (size: approximately 30’ long x 12’ wide x 8’ high).
