 UWL

 FALL AND SPRING SEMESTERS:
  • Undergraduate or Graduate students currently enrolled in ≥ 7 credits do not have to pay additional fee to use the Student Health Center (SHC)
  • Undergraduate or Graduate students currently enrolled in < 7 credits must pay segregated fee to use the SHC (currently $106/semester)
 SUMMER SESSION:
  • Undergraduate students enrolled in ≥ 6 credits or graduate students currently enrolled with ≥ 3 credits do not have to pay additional fee to use the SHC
  • Undergraduate students currently enrolled in < 6 credits or Graduate students currently enrolled with < 3 credits must pay segregated fee to use the SHC (currently ~$53)
 WTC

 FALL, SPRING, AND SUMMER SEMESTERS:
  • Students enrolled in ≥ 6 credits do not have to pay additional fee to use the SHC
    • There is an additional charge of $10 for 15 Physical Therapy visits
  • Students enrolled in < 6 credits must pay fee (currently ~$100/semester)
SUMMER SESSION:
  • Students enrolled in ≥ 6 credits do not have to pay additional fee to use the SHC
    • There is an additional charge of $10 for 15 Physical Therapy visits
  • Students enrolled in < 6 credits must pay fee (currently ~$50)
 UW MADISON RN STUDENTS
  • Do not have to pay additional fee to use the SHC
  • Must pay cash at time of service for any additional services or equipment
 UW MADISON PHARMACY STUDENTS
  • Must pay segregated fee in cash to use the SHC (currently $120.20/semester)
 AMITY STUDENTS
  • Do not have to pay additional fee to use the SHC
  • Must pay cash at time of service for any additional services or equipment
