Fee Schedule  

 UWL
  • Undergraduate or Graduate students currently enrolled in ≥ 1 credits do not have to pay additional fee to use the Student Health Center (SHC)
 WTC
  • Students enrolled in ≥ 6 credits do not have to pay an additional segregated fee to use the SHC
    • There is an additional charge of $10 for EACH office visit billed to student's account
    • There is an additional charge of $10 for 15 Physical Therapy visits billed to student's account
  • Students enrolled in < 6 credits must pay fee (currently $90.80 for spring or semester or ~$50 for summer)
UW MADISON RN STUDENTS
  • Do not have to pay additional fee to use the SHC
  • Must pay cash at time of service for any additional services or equipment
 UW MADISON PHARMACY STUDENTS
  • Must pay segregated fee in cash to use the SHC (currently $90.80/semester)
 AMITY STUDENTS
  • Do not have to pay additional fee to use the SHC
  • Must pay cash at time of service for any additional services or equipment
