UPWARD BOUND's next Saturday event - ACT for your FUTURE! will be on Saturday, February 18 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in 1400 Centennial Hall, UW-L. PARENTS/GUARDIANS are invited! A flyer has been mailed (you can see it here.) Following the morning program, we will go bowling at Pla-Mor Lanes in La Crosse. Parents/Guardians are invited but will have to pay for their own shoes/games - we think it will be about $6.00 per person. RSVP deadline is February 10. Rides available for Sparta and Tomah students.

The Wisconsin Knowledge and Concepts Exam is given to 10th graders. You can get sample/practice tests here.
PSAT Test Dates and info - TAKE THIS TEST at your high school. Your scores will be used to determine eligibility for scholarships and other good things!
ACT Test info - Plan to attend UB's ACT Prep sessions early second semester, then take the test in spring. If you complete UB's Prep Sessions we will give you a registration fee waiver! More details about UB ACT prep sessions will be mailed in January.
