Schedule Your Visit Online
Welcome to UW-L's 24-7 Online Scheduling System for prospective students. The first time you access our system, you will be prompted to register and set up your user profile, including a username and password. You will then be able to select your visit option(s) and make your reservation for the date and time of your choice. After you make your reservation, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that includes a parking permit, except if you are attending Campus Close-Up. Parking permits are not required for Campus Close-Up. Please note: You will need Adobe Reader software installed on your computer to print your parking permit; download the latest version for free.
If you have not already done so, we strongly encourage you to take a look at the various campus visit options available to you prior to scheduling. We offer campus tours and appointments as well as special all-day visitations, called Campus Close-Ups, and Group Information Sessions throughout the academic year.
Once you've decided to visit, we encourage you to review the campus map, directions to campus, and parking information. The La Crosse Convention and Visitors Bureau and the Onalaska Tourism Commission provides additional information about our community and lodging options available to visitors.
