Appointments - We schedule 30- and 60-minute appointments starting the
second week of the semester. Some advising issues will take more than
one appointment to resolve. If you need to change or cancel a scheduled
appointment, please contact your AAC adviser at least 24 hours in
advance.
Walk-In Advising- Students are always welcome
to visit the AAC during our office hours. During the first week
of the semester, all appointments will be on a ‘walk in’ basis.
However, because some advising concerns can’t be dealt with on a
walk-in basis, we may ask you to schedule an appointment to
return at another time. Thursday of each week is our day for
‘walk in visits only’ and we prefer not to make appointments on
that day.
Our office is closed on university holidays and furlough days. In
addition, there are times, (such as during breaks) when the office may
be closed for short periods of time. If we were not here when you came
to visit, please call or e-mail our office to arrange another time to
come see us. Thank you.
