Call to order: 7:02 Attendance Two of our advisers present tonight: Patty and Vicki
PRESIDENT -Mai Nhia Vue one of our advisers was in the quarterly, Take a look! -Shelley and Kelsey received awards from the Leadership and Involvement Awards -May 1 online reports are due Talk to the head of your Department if you are unsure if anything needs to be done -Thanks to those who helped the SAE auction and wing night -Remember it is so close to the end of the semester. Don’t stress yourselves out! Keep up with your studying
VPPD -Erika will be giving up her position to focus on her studies as well to keep up with her finances
Dir of Scholarship -Email Meghan your study hours and yippy skippy
Dir. Of Member Development -No sisterhood because of Seniors night -EYLs due tonight!
Dir. Of Member Education -New member social Wed. at 6:00 meet in front of Hutch
Chaplain -Tuesday night is seniors night. Starts at 6:30 in the Kohler room. Sign up for food to bring.
Dir. Of Chapter Events -Social was good, thanks to everyone who went -Make sure to hold yourselves accountable. If you say you are going to go, please be there. Also be respectful to those who plan this, we could have saved a lot of money.
VP Recruitment -CR dinner Wed. at 6:00 -For everyone who ordered from the Spring Line, it should be here soon!
Panhel Delegate -New member social on Wednesday -Greek Games Monday night at 5:30 in the REC -If you attend other Chapters events, (SAE Wing night, Teeter Totter a Thon, Alex’s Lemonade stand) please email the VPCO account to get Pearl Points
SECRETARY -Letters of intent for VPPD due by Friday at 4 -Please read through all the letters before Sunday’s meeting so we can have an election -If interested in the Asst. director of Finance position please email me as well
VP Marketing -Thanks to those who helped Clean the Highway -Car wash committee will be getting an email this week
Dir of Philanthropy -2 opportunities this week -Blood Drive needs volunteers Thursday for sure -Riverwatch May 8,9,10 sign up for 2 hour shifts
Dir of Parent Relations -Sat 4:30 Radisson is the Parents Banquet -Need a final count by Tuesday -Katie will be sending out an agenda of what we will be doing -Pay at the door -Please wear pin attire and parents in business casual
Adiviser (Patty) -There will be a big exec dinner at her house next Sunday at 5:15 -We will meet and drive there together
VPCO -March of Dimes and NIU table start this week be there at 10:45 to set up -March of Dimes walk is Sat. May 10
