For Current UW-L Athletic Training Students
The UW-L Athletic Trainers' Association (UW-LATA) serves as an recognized campus organization designed to both enhance professionalism and relationships within the UW-L Athletic Training program through various speakers, presentations, and social events. Each student that would like to participate in this organization pays a fee at the beginning of the year that helps fund the aforementioned events. UW-LATA also allows its members to experience the workings of a professional organization and elected individuals an opportunity to enhance their group leadership and organizational skills. Mark Gibson serves as the faculty advisor to UW-LATA.
