The Department of Accountancy endorses the
College of Business Administration mission and the

of the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. The department’s mission
is to develop accounting professionals. By emphasizing continuous
engagement in scholarship and service to the profession, the Department
of Accountancy members strive to create a learning and an advising environment that
encourages capable students to reach their professional potential.

Faculty advising, in groups and individually, on both academic and career issues
Extensive opportunities for technical writing,
presentations, teamwork activity, and software
implementation
Serving real client needs through participation in the
Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program
A well paid, full-time semester internship in public
