Mr. Bice has practiced public accounting for twenty years, the last sixteen as a sole proprietor while serving on the staff for UW-La Crosse. His office staff currently includes three four-year accounting graduates and one para-professional. His primary interests are in the application of accounting systems for small businesses, small business taxation, and operations and financial control. He currently instructs seminars on small business for the Extended Education Program of UW-La Crosse.
