Dr. Ann Hendricks

Dr. Ann B. Hendricks joined UW-L in the fall of 2002, but La Crosse is not new to her. She lived in La Crosse for seventeen years and taught at UW-L for four years before moving to Nebraska to complete her doctoral degree. She has taught accounting at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, University of Nebraska-Omaha, UW-Whitewater, North Dakota State University and Western Missouri State College. She has also taught portions of CPA review courses at UW-L and Marquette University. Related professional experience includes Trane and Hawkins, Ash, Baptie (a CPA firm).

Her primary teaching responsibilities at UW-L are Auditing and Principles of Financial Accounting. She conducts research in the areas of capital markets, financial analysts’ forecasts, and accounting education. She has published in Issues in Accounting Education and has also presented papers at numerous professional meetings. She is currently serving as a member of the Finance Committee of the Wisconsin Institute of CPAs.
