Our department offers independent study and internship research options for students. There also are opportunities for Master of Business Administration students to apply for research funds, and there is a thesis option for the MBA Program. You can find more information about student research, such as funding and application deadlines, at the Undergraduate Research Page, and MBA students should contact the College of Business Administration office. Undergraduate and MBA research have helped prepare UW-L students for further graduate work. UW-L Management graduates have gone on to other institutions to obtain Ph.D. degrees, law degrees, MBA degrees, and other specialized degrees in areas such as human resource management, industrial relations, management science, sociology, psychology, international business management, and organizational behavior.
