Note: According to UWS 14.0 Disciplinary Sanctions (subsections UWS 14.05, 14.06 or 14.07) a student may receive (among other sanctions) a failing grade in a course for engaging in Academic Misconduct!

I understand that to receive any extra credit for this assignment that it must be turned into the instructor personally no later than Friday, 9:00 A.M., 12 April 2013.  

I also understand that failure to complete the writing assignment and to turn it in to your instructor will result in an automatic deduction of 20 points from your course total!

I also understand that the original, initialed Ecology Data Sheet provided to me at the time I picked up my course Code Number must be attached to my completed writing assignment, and that if this sheet is not attached, 20 points will be deducted from my course total.  

I understand that failing to use the Data Sheet provided to me personally by the instructor to complete any portion of this assignment will automatically result in the subtraction of 20 points from my course total, and that this is not subject to negotiation, appeal, reconsideration, exception, etc.!

I also understand that the graded Writing Assignment will not be returned to me until after I have taken the Final Exam and that I cannot find out, nor will I ask, how many points I have received (or had deducted) on this assignment prior to that time.
