The Just
Because program is designed to offer parents and students a
convenient, creative opportunity to send their sons, daughters, and
friends a special gift for birthdays, a job well done, or “just because.”
Delivery is free to on-campus residents, and for those off–campus, a
phone call is made to let them know that they have a surprise to pick up
at the University Bookstore.
Choose from:
Cookie Bouquet -- 3 GIANT COOKIES, a Mylar balloon on a
stick, lollipops, w/gift tag and ribbons, in a UW-L licensed
mug, 24 hour notice needed for cookies, if possible; $20
UW-L Water Bottle w/Carabiner Key Chain -- Filled with
candy bars and taffy. Topped with ribbons and a balloon; $25
Sweet Stack -- Four Giant Cookies, individually
wrapped, stacked up and tied with a cascade of ribbons, gift tag and
your message, 24 hour notice needed for cookies, if possible; $10
Balloon Bouquet -- Helium-filled foil balloon, ribbons,
candy weight, and gift tag. 1 jumbo shape and 3 18" balloons. Choose
from many shapes offered including: birthday cake, happy face, congrats,
frog, lady bug, butterfly, or cupcake; $12
Candy & A Cup -- Assorted candy bars, taffy, and
lollipops in an official UW-L mug; $18
Candy Bouquets -- 8 candy bars as "flowers" in a
festively decorated flower pot. 24-48 hours notice needed; $15
